Asset Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Supervisor to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contract standards, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize facility maintenance, repairs, and operations.
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct financial analysis, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a positive safety culture within the workplace.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Avoid legal challenges by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Professional Engineering License is highly desirable.
- 5-10 years of industry experience, including previous facility management or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional development, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment.
Other InformationThis role requires occasional travel, minimal reaching, bending, squatting, walking, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
