Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio and be able to recommend scents to customers based on their preferences and lifestyle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and pampered.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product launches, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high level of store appearance and functionality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in the fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of luxury fragrances and the ability to recommend scents to customers based on their preferences and lifestyle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
