We are seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Medical Integrated Program team at Brant Community Healthcare System. Position Summary

Our Medical Integrated Program encompasses three floors (B6, B7, and B8), catering to a diverse patient population with acute care needs. You will be part of a hospitalist-led model of care, collaborating with RNs, RPNs, and PSWs to deliver high-quality patient care. With opportunities for cross-training between floors, you can expand your skills and contribute to your colleagues' success as patient needs and census evolve.


Education Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Current two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a team focus
  • Self-directed individual with the ability to work both independently and in partnership with members of the interprofessional team
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and personal development in nursing

Estimated Salary:

$90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
