Job Description

As a key member of the CA Transportation team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of transportation aspects. This includes managing DEA, Speed, OB Trans Network Design, Capacity Planning for Last Mile, and overall Trans Outbound Costs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution, ensuring successful delivery by driving network optimization, executing configuration changes in partnership with Tess, and organizing scheduling by raising tickets.
  • Use analytics, dashboards, and queries to deep dive and improve network share, volume attainment, DEA, and other performance metrics. Partner with the right teams to operationalize these projects.
  • Partner with STP/MTP/LTP teams in potential expansions, launches, and deprecations.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
