As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences by servicing existing client portfolios, coordinating renewal processes, and ensuring seamless coverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to provide top-notch client service and secure coverage solutions.
  • Coordinate client renewal processes, ensuring timely and accurate coverage.
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables.
  • Assist clients with policy interpretation and explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services.
  • Serve as the internal contact point for all account activity, providing exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of commercial insurance experience.
  • RIBO licence required.
  • CIP and/or CAIB is preferable or working towards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to learn and work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
