About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our computerized information filing system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain manual and digital filing systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, judgement, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, and time management.
