Senior Sales Team Lead

At Tapestry, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team as a brand ambassador. This individual will showcase exceptional performance behaviors, embodying the highest standards of Coach.
The successful candidate will work closely with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques, driving overall store and financial results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Productivity Management: hold sales team accountable for personal sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business through charity events, local associations, and mall initiatives.
- Develop and maintain self and individual product knowledge skills, staying up-to-date on current collections.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building with partnership from the corporate office.
- Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and Operations procedures.
This role requires leveraging Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts, driving sales and achieving individual and team goals.
A key aspect of this position is building effective teams by blending people into teams when needed. Additionally, technical skills such as knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet), utilizing a walkie talkie, understanding price and product release sheets are essential.
The salary for this role is approximately $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on location and experience. As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, high retail traffic, and sales days.
