Senior Fabrication Metalworker

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fabrication Metalworker to join our team at Bounce Padel Courts LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines.
  • Fabricate and repair metal parts and products using MIG welding techniques.
  • Work with various types of materials, including steel, iron, and heavy metals.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication metalwork.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Organized and team player.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
