About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment;
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering and management;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control and labor scheduling;
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, with ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment;
