Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of contracts and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to achieve contract objectives.
- Develop and implement effective contract management systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company risk management, quality assurance, and safety programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of industry experience, with previous management/supervisory experience highly desired.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
