About the Role

The Exam Support Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of exams at Western University. This position involves assisting instructors with administering written tests, multiple choice exams, and electronic tests.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for distributing exams, reviewing student cards to confirm their identity, and overseeing students as they complete their exams. After the exams are completed, the assistant will collect each one, ensuring that all required forms are collected back from each student as applicable, safeguard the exams, and submit them for marking.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy. The ability to employ a systematic and efficient approach to work is also essential. Additionally, strong verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are necessary.
