Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Westburne. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting the field sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Support sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences by building brand recognition and promoting our corporate image.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
