Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Residence Duford LTEE. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities. Your tasks will include sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture. You will also be responsible for making beds, changing sheets, and distributing clean towels and toiletries. Additionally, you will assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Work Environment

Our residential facilities are located in an urban area and are non-smoking. You will be working in a group home setting, which requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and be able to work as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, and able to take initiative when needed.
