Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Charlie Lake Chevron.
About the RoleThe Food Service Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing food order summaries for the chef, and establishing work schedules.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
Estimated Salary$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
