About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Budtender to join our team at Redden's Junction Cannabis. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on our products
  • Advertise and promote our products, sales, and services
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a rural area
  • Adaptability, collaborative, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, dependability, reliability, and team player
