Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our legal team at Patrola Law. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
    • Assist with the maintenance of our filing system, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Communication
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including letters, emails, and phone calls.
    • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and other documents as required.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

Requirements

  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
