About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at KASO MAHARAJ. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
