Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
