About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at Gladys Pet Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including handling and restraining animals, preparing and administering medications, and providing nursing care.
  • Conduct laboratory research and assist with diagnostic testing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about animal health care.
  • Perform routine animal dental procedures and assist with animal dentistry.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in veterinary technology or a related field.
  • Experience in a veterinary setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
