Marketing Strategist

RANGERS SECURITY GROUP INC. is seeking a skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services
• Creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and website content
• Coordinating special events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Providing consultation on planning and starting new businesses
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, briefs, and other marketing materials

In addition to your marketing expertise, you will also be responsible for providing cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and members of visible minorities.
