Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Assure Fincorp Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Receive and process payments, perform various clerical duties including filing and sorting mail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Support Services
  • We offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
  • Additionally, we provide networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
