Data Governance and Compliance Expert Sought for S.i. Systèmes

As a seasoned Data Architect & Governance Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing data governance frameworks and data stewardship initiatives across S.i. Systèmes. This pivotal role requires collaborating with various business entities to understand their data needs and ensuring that master data is accurately defined, maintained, and shared across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the organization
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data requirements, establish data stewardship roles, and define master data standards
  • Assess and optimize data flows between systems, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility of critical data
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data literacy across teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor data governance practices and recommend improvements to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar governance role, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Expertise in master data management, data stewardship, and data integration techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B tools (e.g., ServiceNow, NetCracker, Salesforce, Amdocs, BMC Remedy) in previous roles where data architecture or governance was a significant part
  • Able to navigate hierarchy of stakeholders and technical architects to access required data and processes
  • Able to prepare comprehensive presentations for various levels of leadership
