Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Commercial Services to lead our organization's commercial operations. This is a key executive role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to achieve organizational goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in existing markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to optimize resources and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish long-term strategic goals and translate them into actionable plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive change within an organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Pay: $89,000.00-$101,000.00 per year
