Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
