Dinesh Financial Services Inc. is seeking an highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up on client matters.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office.
