Capitalize on opportunities to sell products, leveraging excellent customer service and sales skills.
Common customer calls:
"I need a new part for my fridge - I have my model number; can you help me find the right one?"
"The water to my ice maker isn't flowing – Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?"
"My manufacturer, Delta, told me to contact you. I need a Mitre Guide for my saw."
