We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Momoyama Sushi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and overseeing the preparation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items that reflect the freshest ingredients and current trends.
  • Sourcing and Inventory: Manage inventory levels and source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen area to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef in a similar establishment, along with a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven leadership skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
