Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at La Rozzi Bistro and Filipino Grocery Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:

The Server will work in a busy restaurant environment, serving customers in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
