Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business case development and provide recommendations for ongoing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational improvement plans, business plans, business cases, policies, and standards to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis to determine the feasibility of further investment in projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage business systems and process improvements, including redesign and automation, to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and workshops to gather business requirements and deliver work products.
  • Advise senior management on strategic issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and assist in prioritization and assignment of resources.
  • Develop and implement solutions, scenarios, and recommendations for improvements to business processes and systems.
  • Prepare and present findings, status, and other relevant matters to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and deliver work products through the life cycle of projects.
  • Assess the organization's capacity and capability to undertake and deliver initiatives or changes.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to work with senior management and stakeholders to drive business transformation.
  • Experience with business case development and process improvement to drive organizational change.
  • Knowledge of business systems and process automation to enhance organizational efficiency.
