About the Role

SE Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management

Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive work and attendance record
