About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Configuration and Reporting Expert to join our team at US Tech Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics and insights to our clients, working closely with our HR Analytics & Insights team.

You will be the front-door to the HR Analytics team and the HRIS team, providing expert support and guidance to our stakeholders on data-driven solutions, visualization enhancements using Power BI, and PeopleSoft reporting. Your technical knowledge and business acumen will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with peer business and technology teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and guidance to our stakeholders on data-driven solutions, visualization enhancements using Power BI, and PeopleSoft reporting.
  • Work closely with our HR Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytics and insights to our clients.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, end-users, and project team members, utilizing both HR process knowledge and HRIS systems capabilities.
  • Project contribution at all stages of development (analysis, design, implementation, and testing).
  • Maintain standardized People Analytics dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and reports using Power BI and PeopleSoft queries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Information Technology, Data Science, or similar field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, HRIS, HR, or similar roles.
  • Experience in building and managing data infrastructure.
  • Experience in data mining, text analytics, data collection strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey ideas and effective storytelling through data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with HRIS Systems (Peoplesoft, Workday HCM is an asset but not mandatory as training can be provided).
  • Experience with data sources and reporting tools; Coding knowledge and experience in several languages: for example, R, Python, Java, MS Excel/VBA, etc.
  • Experience with database programming languages including SQL.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
