Marketing Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, user acquisition, and loyalty among healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies to expand our platform and drive real results in the Canadian healthcare market.
  • Shape and evolve our brand to ensure consistency across all channels and messaging.
  • Grow our user base through partnerships, digital campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Establish Virtual Hallway as a thought leader in healthcare innovation through content creation and thought leadership.
  • Build relationships with healthcare institutions, associations, and education partners to expand our network.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead new team members to build a marketing powerhouse that scales alongside our company.
  • Utilize key channels to share our message, including email, social media, conferences, newsletters, and collateral.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that lead to growth.
  • Strong communication skills to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
  • Experience in building brands and leading campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare space is a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn go a long way.
