Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team at TSX Inc. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our listed issuers comply with the Exchange's continued listing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and continuous disclosure documentation to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure issuer compliance.
  • Collaborate with issuer management and counsel to resolve compliance issues and negotiate extensions.
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for senior management on compliance matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to issuers and their advisors on compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, accounting).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google for Work applications.
