Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading teams and driving results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of production equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, including metrics on productivity, quality, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination


Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong background in operations management, with expertise in areas such as process improvement, quality control, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of success in improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
