Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BRAMPTON. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage Hotel Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including managing budgets, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain Hotel Facilities: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel facilities, including the lobby, rooms, and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
