Job Title: Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at NBC, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of your branch, ensuring daily listening and coaching to support the growth and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of advisors and support staff to achieve financial contribution targets and implement the Bank's strategic vision.
  • Provide personalized coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and career paths of your team members.
  • Hire, develop, and manage the performance of your team members to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Mobilize your team to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure compliance with established rules of engagement.
  • Act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer to supervise mutual fund representatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimize service quality for small businesses by aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential.

Requirements:

  • Between five and ten years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team.
  • Experience in business development in the financial field.
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Industry-related university certificate or PUB and nine years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Be a mutual fund representative (REC).
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
