Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently within healthcare facilities.
  • Retrieve and process requests for patient information from healthcare providers and authorized personnel.
  • Input and update patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entry to maintain high-quality patient records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Participate in audits to ensure records meet legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in Health Information Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical records or a healthcare administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits
