Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Attendant to join our team at MLSE. As a key member of our game day operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks and responsibilities to support the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Court Operations: Remain alert and aware at all times while stationed courtside, prepared to quickly address any issues that may arise on the court.
  • Player Support: Assist players from both teams with pre-game and halftime warmups, including rebounding and passing.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that both the home and visiting team benches, team locker rooms, and officials' locker room are fully stocked, prepared, and tidy on gamedays.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Prepare all locker rooms in advance for halftime and post-game needs, and assist with the setup and breakdown of team benches.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work closely with the Manager of Basketball Operations, Coordinator of Basketball Operations, and fellow team attendants to optimize the completion of all responsibilities in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available for all Raptors 905 home games, including weekends and occasional weekday afternoon games.
  • Previous Experience: Previous basketball experience is preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to listen to others, anticipate team needs, and express ideas effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Consistently maintains a professional demeanor in all interactions with players, coaching staff, and other organizational members.
  • Adaptability: Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong attention to detail, and adaptable to a dynamic workload.
