Senior Finance Executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain company.
Key Responsibilities:- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests and reputation.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, promoting a culture of diversity and respect.
- Indigenous Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, fostering partnerships and collaboration.
- Visible Minorities Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
Work Term: Permanent position with Star Logistics Ltd.

Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
