Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Rotorcraft)

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Rotorcraft) to join our team at Qwest Helicopters (2020) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our rotorcraft fleet by performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. This is a permanent position requiring a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain structural and mechanical systems of aircraft to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company standards.
  • Install, modify, and repair aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports of repairs, inspections, and certifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including dismantling and reassembling airframes, engines, and other aircraft systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical instructions to ensure accurate and safe maintenance practices.
Requirements:
  • AME "M" Licence - Aircraft
  • Experience with medium turbine helicopters and small turbine helicopters
  • Commercial air carrier, general aviation, and repair and overhaul facility experience
  • Aircraft maintenance - general and turbine engines specialization
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
