Job Responsibilities

  • Work overnight shifts starting at 10:00 pm or later, ensuring seamless service during peak hours
  • Thoroughly clean all kitchens, including floors, walls, ceiling tiles, hoods, and cooking surfaces, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Polish and buff all stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen areas
  • Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from hazards, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols
  • Remove all trash from the kitchen at the end of each shift, promoting a clutter-free environment
  • Maintain floors and work areas clean, dry, and clear of obstructions, guaranteeing a safe working space
  • Adhere to and follow ALLSAFE health and safety protocols, prioritizing guest and colleague well-being
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our culinary teams


Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:



  • Previous experience in a similar position, although not mandatory, would be an asset
  • The ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently
  • The stamina to perform tasks that involve constant lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, kneeling, and carrying loads up to 50 pounds
  • The capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours
  • Tolerance for exposure to kitchen equipment, sounds, fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures
  • A genuine passion for maintaining a clean, safe working environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence
