Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
