**About the Role**

The Broadway Subway Project Corporation is seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager for Infrastructure Development to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact on the project's success.

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive construction communications and community relations program.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of public notifications, media relations activities, and public events.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and government agencies.
  • Create engaging content, such as graphics, videos, and news releases, to communicate project updates and progress.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Director to develop strategies and tactics for effective communication.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the Province, local communities, stakeholders, and the general public.
  • Participate in engagement activities, such as community coffee chats and resident information meetings, to discuss design, construction activities, and traffic-related impacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound knowledge of business relations, community relations, issues management, and communications.
  • Active Class 5 driver's license.
  • Agency experience is an asset.
  • Experience in the construction industry or government is an asset.
  • Ability to translate technical materials into plain language.
  • Time management skills, able to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
