About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Network Security Sales Professional to join our team at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets for network security solutions.
  • Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and negotiate with vendors to ensure fair prices for customers.
  • Position network security products to meet customer needs, showcasing your product knowledge and consultation skills.
  • Manage return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to sales initiatives, thinking creatively to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add, consistently providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape and pricing structures, staying ahead of the market.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in network security solutions, demonstrating your expertise and passion for the field.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales/marketing preferred, indicating your commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, essential for success in this role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, highlighting your technical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team and occasionally extend working hours, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
