Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at OlympicConstruction Ltd. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning and Control: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Help establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations and company policies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs as needed.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
