The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016 is seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for cleaning meats, cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats. You will also be responsible for removing bones from meat, weighing meats for sale, and selling meats to customers. Additionally, you will supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, grind meats, and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. If you have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and are available to work 40 hours per week, we encourage you to apply. The language of work is English. Please note that you must be legally able to work in Canada.
