Customer Service Representative

The Store Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This position involves maintaining a clean and organized store, including tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Recommend related products to customers to ensure they leave with everything they need.
- Ensure retail tasks are executed efficiently, including stocking, labeling, and facing products.
- Perform inventory checks to maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items, use a ladder, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to operate a cash register (asset).
