Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Human Resources Associate to provide local support to our geographies. This role will deliver HR services that require close proximity to business operations, covering one to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, requisition creation, and candidate sourcing
  • Promote our referral program across all buildings and shifts
  • Manage employee concerns and complaints in a professional and confidential manner
  • Support both internal and external customers with exceptional service

Requirements

  • Graduation in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and convey a positive image to customers
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is an asset
