About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at 2629439 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Product Development

Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Client Engagement

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Incident Management

Manage incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Automation and Innovation

Implement robotic process automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Post-Sale Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a 35-hour workweek and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of IT operations and management principles.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
