Job Description:
As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that drive business growth. You will be responsible for evaluating marketing campaigns, advising clients on advertising strategies, and creating engaging content to promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach;
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters;
- Manage online presence through website updates and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques;
- Analyze website analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or communications;
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving desired results;
- Excellent writing, design, and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
